Throughout our 26-year history we have maintained comprehensive quality standards, including our initial ISO 9001:2015 certification in 2021. We are pleased to report that we’ve recently completed our third consecutive ISO 9000:2015 recertification audit by ISOQAR, which we passed without any major findings, minor findings, or observations!
ISOQAR is an independent third-party certification body, and according to the ISO consultant who coached us through the initial process “it is extremely rare to get through that initial audit cleanly without any findings whatsoever”. We’ve since followed-up with two consecutive annual surveillance and recertification audits with the same results: no findings or observations!
The only comments the auditor made in our Management System Report were that we are moving forward as part of Trystar and our ISO certificates will be updated to reflect that.
We are not only proud of our ISO 9001:2015 recertification, but we are exceptionally proud of all our team members who continually commit to providing quality in all aspects of our business and manufacturing operations.
