Congratulations to our entire Trystar – Merrimack team for another successful ISO 9001:2015 reassessment audit and recertification! Completed in mid-April, this was our fourth consecutive ISO 9001:2015 recertification audit by ISOQAR (an independent third-party certification body), which we passed without any major findings, minor findings, or recommendations of opportunities for improvement! As a result of this audit, Trystar – Merrimack has been ISO 9001:2015 recertified for an additional three years.
Comprised of an “all encompassing” evaluation of our Merrimack location’s Quality Assurance processes, the audit was included a review of our 2023 audit as well as our current Quality Management System support processes and training across all functional disciplines within our location. These functional disciplines include sales and quotations, direct and indirect sourcing, product/solution design and engineering, manufacturing, calibration, inspection, logistics, as well as product maintenance and lifecycle support.
We’re extremely proud of our Merrimack team for demonstrating their commitment to Quality Assurance, which again enabled us to achieve this extremely favorable result. It truly “takes a village” with a tremendous amount of dedication and teamwork to achieve such a track record of success in Quality Assurance processes and standards … historically as Oztek, and now as Trystar!
But we’re not resting on our laurels! Our forward-looking goals and focus will be leveraging our Merrimack site results toward an enterprise-wide, unified Trystar Quality Management System.
